院校内部管理问题的探讨

随着我国教育管理体制改革不断深化和加入世贸组织等客观环境的变化,应用型本科院校内部管理制度改革相对滞后,针对其在资产、教学、科研等内部管理方面存在的问题,及时更新管理理念,改变内部管理方法和手段,培养出真正应用型人才是当务之急。

A Probe into the Internal Administration of Higher Institutions

With the progress of reform in the educational administrative system of our country, and the change of outside surroundings resulted from the entry into the WTO, internal reform in application - oriented higher institutions lags far behind. Aiming at those problems existed in the management of assets, teaching process, and scientific research, the paper points out that it is urgent that we renew our notions in administration and change the method of internal management so as to cultivate genuine application-oriented personnel of high qualifications.
