| 摘 要： | 刑事证据规则问题,是当前刑事审判改革中的重要问题之一。证据是证明案件事实的依据,证据问题是诉讼的核心问题,证据规则就是如何搜集,核实,运用和判断证据的法律规则。为防止司法权的滥用,保证人权和公民的合法权益,有必要对证据制度进行研究。

| Abstract: | The rule on evidence is one of the major concerns in the current reform in criminal suit. The judgment of the case depends on evidence, which is vital in court trials. The rule on evidence refers to those legal regulations on the collection, verification, application and judgment of evidence. In order to prevent the abuse of jurisdiction and to protect the interests and rights of our citizens, it appears necessary for us to investigate into the evidence system. |
