| 摘 要： | 油漆涂装质量好坏,除了与被涂物表面处理质量、油漆的配套性、复涂间隔时间有密切的关系之外,还与涂装时的周围环境有着密切的关系。该文从涂装环境特别是温度、湿度、露点的影响与控制等方面进行分析研究,得出了一套提高油漆涂装质量的环境管理方法。经实践应用,效果显著,涂装质量明显提高。

| Abstract: | The quality of paint coating is not only close relative to the quality of surface treatment for the painted products,matching performance of the paint and blanking time of re-painting,but also to surrounding during the period of paint coating.The article analyzes and researches from many respects to attain a method of surrounding management for improving the quality of paint coating,such as coating surrounding especially the influence and control of temperature,humidity and dew point.After exercised in RG PETRO-MACHINERY(GROUP) CO.,LTD.,the method has got remarkable effect,and the quality of coating has been improved obviously. |
