Abstract:Micro-EDM shows its great application on micro-machining currently,In this paper,a string of tests of micro-EDM were made by the micro-EDM system which was developed by ourselves,and the study of the effects of parameters,such as capacitance,open voltage and dielectric,on material removal rate and machining accuracy has been carried out.
