反求工程技术在复杂型面模具设计中的应用研究

摘    要:通过实例介绍了反求工程技术在具有复杂自由曲面零件的模具设计与制造中应用的一般方法和步骤。这种方法通过反求工程技术快速复制产品样件 ,获取产品的表面数学模型 ,并充分考虑产品零件的成形工艺性 ,从而快速高质量地设计并制造出模具的成形部分———凸模、凹模 (冲压模具 )或型芯、型腔 (注射模 )

Abstract:The general method and procedure of the application of the reverse engineering technology in the design and manufacture of the dies for the parts with complex free_form curve surface was introduced with an example. With the reverse engineering technology, this method and procedure can be used to rapidly copy the product sample piece to attain its surface mathematic model, and to rapidly design and manufacture the die and mould forming parts (punch and matrix for pressing die or core and cavity for injection mould) of high quality, with full consideration of the forming technological property of the product parts.
