超声波对Al-1%Si合金铸锭力学性能的影响

摘    要:以Al-1%Si合金为对象,研究了超声波处理对其力学性能的影响,包括抗拉强度、延伸率、硬度和冲击韧性。研究结果表明,合适的超声波处理时间可以大幅度提高合金的抗拉强度、延伸率、硬度和冲击韧性值。通过对试样宏观组织和微观断口的分析,说明超声波的空化作用及声流作用可以细化晶粒,使其凝固组织致密,从而提高了合金的力学性能。

Abstract:This article studies effects of mechanical property on ultrasonic treatment by using Al- 1% Si alloys. The mechanical properties include tensile strength, elongation, hardness and impact toughness. The study results indicate that optimum ultrasonic treating time can largely increase tensile strength, elongation, hardness and impact toughness. By analyzing macrostructure of sample and microfracture surface, it is indicated that cavitation and acoustic streaming of ultrasound can refine grain and make the structure compact, so it can increase mechanical property.
