不压井更换油气井主控阀技术

摘    要:油(气)井的主控阀损坏后,通常需压井更换,会造成产层污染,影响油(气)井的产量。研制了油管封隔器、起下工具和打捞工具,可在不压井的情况下安全、环保地完成主控阀的更换。介绍了3种工具的结构及主控阀的更换步骤。

Abstract:If the master valve of oil or gas well head damaged,killing the well for changing the master valve is necessary,and this operation will pollute the formation and decrease the oil and gas production rate.So a suit of tools to change the master valve without killing the well was developed.Using these tools,we can change the master valve without killing the well and the operation is safe,easy and economy.
