| 摘 要： | 通过使用恩格尔定律及其统计方法对水资源的消费结构现状及变化规律进行分析．从时间序列和空间分布的角度对水资源消费结构进行研究，在水资源消费结构中引入了恩格尔定律，通过分析论证，确定将农业用水看作水资源消费结构中的基本消费，并得出了水资源消费中存在的恩格尔效应及其作用规律。

| Abstract: | Structure of water consumption is analyzed in terms of time series and spatial distribution, based on studies of present situation of structure of water consumption and regular pattern of its changes by using Engel's law and its statistical method. Engel's law is introduced to the structure of water consumption, and agricultural water use is defined as the basic consumption in the structure of water consumption. Engel effect and its function law existed in water consumption has been obtained. |
