微电解法处理电镀废水的进展

摘    要:综述了目前较受关注的微电解法处理电镀废水技术,详细分析了微电解技术处理含铬电镀废水的基本原理,并介绍了应用实例和工艺改进方面的研究。实践表明,在适当的控制下,微电解技术可以用来直接处理电镀废水,保证出水达标排放。该技术投资少、处理成本低、操作简单,具有较好的推广应用价值。同时提出尚待解决的一些问题,并对微电解法处理电镀废水发展趋势作了展望。

Abstract:The technology of electroplating wastewater treatment using micro-electrolysis method was introduced.Through the analysis of the principle of micro-electrolysis and the introduction of applying examples and technological development,it drew the conclusion that the technology of micro-electrolysis could be used to treat electroplating wastewater to ensure the discharge to reach the relevant standard.This technology was characterized by low investment and operation cost,which was easy to master.It had a great potential in the field of application.The existing problems of the technology were discussed and the prospects were presented.
