硫酸镓改性离子交换树脂催化合成乳酸丁酯

摘    要:首次采用硫酸镓与阳离子交换树脂反应制备的改性离子交换树脂催化合成乳酸丁酯,考察了催化剂用量、醇酸物质的量比、反应时间及催化剂重复使用次数等因素对收率的影响。结果表明,该催化剂具有催化活性高,易分离回收,后处理方便,重复使用性较好等优势。适宜条件下收率达91.9%。

Abstract:A new catalyst named modified strong acid cation ion exchange resin by gallium sulfate was prepared.Lactic acid and n-butanol reacted to form butyl lactate with it.Factors influencing the yield were discussed and the best condition was found.The yield was 91.9% under the best condition.It also had good reusability.It was efficient,economic and environmental friendly catalyst.
