外置波发生器谐波齿轮传动的啮合分析方法

摘    要:推导出具有外置波发生器的谐波齿轮传动比的计算公式;建立了啮合分析的数学模型和相应的计算公式;数值计算表明,所建立的模型能较好地反映这类传动的真实啮合情况。

Abstract:The transmission ratio formula of harmonic drive with external wave generator is deduced first.Then,the mathematical model for meshing analysis is established under the assumption of non influence on the flex spline deformation by teeth and wall thickness.The device does not transmit load.Finally,the numerical result shows that the method presented in this paper will play an important role in practice.
