无缝钢管在线漏磁探伤技术研究

摘    要:文章介绍了无缝钢管漏磁探伤系统组成,阐述了检测系统中主要硬件钢管探测传送装置、横向和纵向探伤装置的设计原理,研制了一种基于信号调制-解调模式的多通道高速信号采集器.采用多线程和虚拟设备驱动技术编制了数据采集、实时控制、状态显示、系统校验等多功能模块化软件.整个系统自动化程度高、现场应用效果良好.

Abstract:In the paper, magnetic flux leakage(MFL) on-line testing system for steel tube is introduced. The designing method for the main hardware , like convection device for steel tube, detecting devices along the longitudinal axis and circumference , is described. The multichannel data acquisition based on the signal modulation-demodulation pattern at a high speed is designed. The software based on multi-thread and VXD techniques includes data acquisition ,status display, real-time control ,system verifying and so on . Practical applying shows that the system is effective.
