摘    要:应用透射电镜和光学显微镜研究了熔融急冷法制备的Bi系高温超导体的显微结构。首次报道了Bi系超导晶体具有明显的多色性。实验证明:针状超导晶体沿α轴择优生长。在试样表面异相成核生长的2212晶体垂直于外表面择优取向排列。

Abstract:The micr0structure of Bi-Pb-Sr-Ca-Cu-O superconduction crystals, precipitated from glass, was investigated by transmission electron microscope (TEM) and optical microscope (OM). It is firstly reported in the paper that the superconduction crystals have evident pleochroism. It is proved that the needle-like 2212 grains grow preferentially along a-axis. All of 2212 needle-like grains near the surface are arranged perpendicular to the natural surface of sample.
