我国财政收入占GDP比重的修正与定位

从表面上看，目前我国财政收入占GDP的比重不仅低于经济发达国家，而且与发展中国家经也存在着较大的差距，由于统计口径不同，预算外，制度外收入未纳入政府预算收入以及征管效不高等诸多因素，客观上影响了我国财政收入占GDP的真实性。经过修正我国财政收入占GDP的比重与发展中国家的水平大体相当。我国财政收入的增长仍有增量和存量空间，为保持我国经济和财政收入的稳步增长，应合理定位我国的财政宏观负担水平。

Inorder to maintain the stadl development of our econmy and fnaucel income , the whole finance burden should be rationally orientated .
