| Abstract: | Xiamen is one of the special economic zones.Since the reform,Xiamen achieved a rapid development socially and economically.Its city comprehensive plan has been readjusted from time to time.This article introduces its new concept of the comprehensive plan in the areas such as urban form,town system,urban landuse,urban structure,urban groups and CBD. |
