摘    要:对40CrNiMo钢施行形变离子注入复合强化处理工艺,通过对未处理件、形变强化处理件、离子注入件及形变与离子注入复合强化处理件的表面显微硬度、残余应力、摩擦磨损等性能的分析和比较,探讨形变离子注入的强化机理及最佳工艺参数.结果表明,经上述各种处理后,显微硬度和耐磨性均有所提高,其中形变与离子注入复合处理后的效果更为明显.分析表明,表层硬相化合物的形成及晶粒细化是材料表面耐磨性提高的主要原因,残余应力的增加提高了抗疲劳性.

Abstract:We perform deformation and ion implantation compound-intensity treatment process ,research strengthen mechanism and the best process parameter of deformation and ion implantation by analysizing and comparing test of surface microhardness,residual compression stress,friction and wear properties of the untreated sample, the-deformation treated sample, the ion implanted sample and the deformation and ion-implanted sample. The results show that all different treatments are successful in improving the microhardness and wear resistance,in which the effect of the sample is much obvious. The microaualysis results reveal that some new hard phase are formed and some crystalline grains are refined in the surface layers. All these are the main factors to improve the wear resistance. The enhancement of the residual compression stresses also indicates that the fatigue resistance of the treaded sample could be improved.
