摘    要:为了给螺旋齿管的结构优化提供设计理论,运用动量矩原理和自转牵连运动的运动学分析方法等,研究建立了传热管内流体动力螺旋齿管的自转清洗动力矩计算式,以此指导设计了不同结构参数的螺旋齿管进行试验比较。优化得到的D型塑料螺旋齿管与光滑纽带相比,自转动力矩增大141%,可以在0.4 m/s以上的较低流速下应用;传热系数平均提高50%;阻力在一般工程容许范围。

Abstract: This paper researches and establishes the calculating formula of the driving force moment to make the tube-insert self-rotate and automatically remove fouling in heat transfer tubes, using the principle of momentum moment and the analyses method of kinematics. The research purpose is to offer a design theory to optimize the structure of the tube-insert with spiral flange. Based on the formula, several tube-inserts of different structure are designed and compared through experiments. The optimal insert (No. D) can be used reliably at low flowing velocity of more than 0.4 m/s. The driving force moment and heat transfer coefficient are increased by 141% and 50% respectively. The flow resistance is in the industry permission.
