原子吸收分光光度法测定葡萄酒中铜的不确定度评定

摘    要:对原子吸收分光光度法测定葡萄酒中铜含量的测量不确定度进行评定。根据GB/T 15038-2006《葡萄酒、果酒通用分析方法》的检测原理和方法,结合JJF 1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》和CNAS-GL06《化学分析中不确定度的评估指南》规定的基本程序,考察分析了火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定葡萄酒中铜含量测量不确定度的来源,利用实际测量获得的实验数据和其他相关资料,计算并评定测量结果的合成不确定度。结果表明,以原子吸收分光光度法测定葡萄酒中的铜含量,其不确定度的主要来源为溶液浓度,其次为测量重复性。

Abstract:The measurement uncertainty of Cu in wine by atomic absorption spectrophotometry (AAS) was evaluated. According to the basic principle and method given in GB/T 15038-2006 'Analytical Methods of Wine and Fruit Wine', the components of uncertainty in the measuring process were studied and analyzed as the procedure for uncertainty assessment described in JJF 1059-1999 evaluation and expression of uncertainty in measure- ment and CNAS-GL06 'Guidance on Evaluating the Uncertainty in Chemical Analysis'. The combined uncertainty was calculated and evaluated us- ing achieved results and related data. The results showed that the major factor of uncertainty in measurement was sample concentration, and the mi- nor one was measurement repeatability.
