| 摘 要： | 兼容MCS-51指令的微处理器具有功能强大，功耗低，兼容性高等许多优点，在各个领域有着很广泛的应用。以此类微处理器的功能为基础，对其使用模式，工作原理和结构特点进行了说明，介绍了这类微处理器的部分电路逻辑设计思路及方法，对低功耗设计方面进行了分析。

| Abstract: | Microcontrollers compatible with MCS -51 have such advantages as powerful functions, low power and high compatibility. Microcontrollers are used widely in many fields. Based on the functions of the microcontrollers, the paper describes use modes, operation principles and design features and introduces the design idea and method. It analyzes the low power logic design as well. |
