大孔树脂HPD300分离纯化樟树果色素的研究

摘    要:研究了大孔树脂分离纯化樟树果中紫色素的方法。通过对6种树脂的静态筛选,选择以HPD300树脂进行樟树果中紫色素的动态吸附与解吸附实验。结果表明,HPD300树脂对樟树果中紫色素的静态吸附量达到53.58mg/g,95%vol乙醇静态洗脱时紫色素的解吸附率为87.27%;树脂对紫色素动态吸附量达到 66.34g/mg,原花青素主要由30%vol乙醇解吸附,洗脱物中原花青素含量达到97.54%,为乙醇提物中原花青素含量(5.77%)的16.8倍。

Abstract:Separation of purpurin in camphor fruits by macroporous resin was developed.Six kinds of macroporous resin were screened firstly by comparing the static absorbing capacities.Then resin HPD300 was investigated for dynamic adsorption and desorption on purpurin in camphor fruit.The results revealed that the resin HPD 300 has the best absorbing capacities in static absorption which reached 53.58 mg/g.The desorption rate of purpurin reached 87.27% by 95%vol ethanol aqueous static elution.The dynamic absorbing capacities of resin got at 66.34 mg/g.Proanthocyanidins were mainly eluted by 30%vol ethanol aqueous with purities of 92.57%,which is about 16.8 times of that in ethanolic extract (5.77%).
