摘    要:液压缸作为液压系统将液压能转化为机械能的主要执行元件之一,其工作效率将不仅影响整机的使用,而且关系到能源能否得到有效利用,因而受到整个行业越来越多的关注.而液压缸摩擦力的存在又是影响液压缸工作效率以及工作寿命的最重要因素之一.因此,该文将结合摩擦学及液压密封理论对液压缸摩擦力从其影响、特性以及理论计算等方面进行一定的研究分析,并提出相应的改善措施.可为液压缸密封的设计选择及润滑提供一定的依据.

Abstract:The hydraulic cylinder is one of the main actuators for translate hydraulic energycx into mechanical energy,its efficiency will not only affect the use of the machine,but also related to the energy can be effectively utilized,and attracts more and more attention of the whole industry.The presence of the friction of the hydraulic cylinder is one of the most important factors affecting hydraulic cylinder working efficiency and working life.Therefore,this paper combines the theory of tribology and hydraulic sealing from effects,characteristics and theoretical aspects of certain amount of research and analysis,and put forward the improvement measures.To provide a basis for design and lubricate in the seal of hydraulic cylinder.
