摘    要:建立了葡萄酒中9种人工合成色素的高效液相色谱检测法。方法采用Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱分离,以25mmol/L乙酸铵水溶液-甲醇为流动相进行梯度洗脱。采用二极管阵列检测器,峰保留时间和峰扫描光谱纯度对照两种方式对样品峰进行定性,利用色素最大可见吸收波长测定各色素以消除杂质干扰。该方法的线性范围0.50mg/L~100mg/L,加标回收率95.8%~100.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.89%~1.26%。

Abstract:A HPLC method for determination of 9 synthetic colorants in wine was developed. The HPLC separation was performed with the analysis column Zorbax SB-C18 by using the mobile phase gradient elution of the methanol-25mmol/L NH4Ac. The target compounds were confirmed by diode-array detection; using the comparison of peak retention time and peak spectral purity scan to for qualitative the sample peaks. Eliminated the interference of impurities by measured the absorption maximum absorption wavelength of each color. The detection limits were in the range of 0.50-100 mg/L. The mean recoveries ranged from 95.8% to 100.4% with relative standard deviation of 0.89% to 1.26%.
