履带车辆液压混合动力传动系统驱动工况仿真分析

摘    要:为了对履带车辆制动能量进行回收利用,该文介绍了针对某型履带车辆建立的液压混合动力传动系统及其工作原理;分别在AMESim和Matlab/Simulink下建立了液压混合动力传动系统和控制系统模型;利用基于踏板行程逻辑门限值的模糊控制策略,对履带车辆的不同驱动工况进行了联合仿真分析;结果表明,液压混合动力传动系统实现了履带车辆驱动过程的稳定性和对回收能量的有效利用.

Abstract:In order to recovery and utilize the tracked vehicle braking energy,this paper introduced a certain type of tracked vehicle hydraulic hybrid drive and the working principle; the hydraulic hybrid drive system and the control system model were established distinguishably in AMESim and Matlab/Simulink; Making use of fuzzy logic control strategy based on pedal opening threshold,the tracked vehicle's driving processes were researched under different driving conditions; the results show that with the hydraulic hybrid drive system,the driving stability of tracked vehicle and the effective utilization of braking energy were achieved.
