直驱式电液伺服油动机的建模与仿真研究

摘    要:汽轮机性能的优劣直接影响机组和电网运行的经济性、安全性和供电品质.该文简单论述了给水泵汽轮机传统阀控式调速方式的工作机理及其优缺点,介绍了直驱式电液伺服系统的原理、结构组成和特点,并对直驱式电液伺服油动机进行了仿真研究.分别对交流伺服系统与泵控缸系统进行了数学建模,给出了整个直驱式电液伺服系统的数学模型,并使用Simulink对其进行建模和仿真,分析了各参数对系统动态性能的影响,结果表明直驱式电液伺服油动机系统在正反向运动时都是稳定的.通过调整PID的参数,可以实现对整个动力机构很好的控制;同时可以看出,直驱式电液伺服油动机系统不适合高频响的场合.

Abstract:The performance of stream turbine directly influences the economical efficiency,safety and power supply quality of the unit and power grid.This paper briefly discussed the classical valve control speed adjustment method of water pump stream turbine and its advantages and disadvantages,introduced the theory,structure constitution and properties of direct drive electro-hydraulic servo system (DDEHS),and did the system simulation.Built the mathematical model of AC servo system and pump control cylinder system,provided the entire mathematical model of DDEHS and did the simulation in Simulink,analysed the influence of each parameter to system dynamic property,result showed that DDEHS is stable in both forward and reverse motion.By adjusting PID parameters,control of the entire power mechanism can be quite well realized; meanwhile,it is clear that DDEHS is not suitable for high frequency response application.
