环氧树脂/有机硅复合改性聚氨酯阻燃涂料的研究

摘    要:采用正交试验法,以涂膜的力学性能和耐燃时间为依据,确定了制备环氧树脂/有机硅复合改性聚氨酯阻燃涂料时,环氧树脂与有机硅的配比,阻燃剂聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇的最佳用量。对涂膜进行了红外光谱和热重分析,对比检测了未改性聚氨酯涂料和环氧树脂/有机硅复合改性聚氨酯阻燃涂料的各方面性能。结果表明,环氧树脂/有机硅复合改性聚氨酯阻燃涂料的涂膜具有较高的拉伸强度,热稳定性能良好,防火阻燃性能优良。

The Research of Epoxy/Silicone Modifed Flame-retardant Coatings

Abstract:By orthogonal experiment,epoxy/silicone modifi ed flame retardant coating was prepared. According to themechanical properties and retardant time of film, the optimum content of epoxy and silicone was determined as well as APP, MEL and PER. Infrared spectrum analysis and thermogravimetric analysis was tested for film, comparing various aspects of the performance with unmodified polyurethane coating and epoxy/silicone modifi ed flame retardant coating. The result showed that epoxy/silicone modif ied flame retardant coating had high mechanical properties, thermal stability and flame retardant properties
