摘    要:国内油田的采油污水绝大部分经处理后用于油田注水,但由于种种原因,还有一部分采油污水不能回注.这部分水外排至环境中,对环境产生一定的影响.作者以甘谷驿油矿采油污水为研究对象,采用絮凝沉降-NaClO/活性炭氧化-吸附法对该采油污水进行外排处理实验研究.考察了pH、NaClO投加量、氧化时间、吸附时间、活性炭投加量对CODCr去除率的影响.实验结果表明,该法可使原水含油质量浓度从93.1 mg/L降至5 mg/L以下,悬浮物从172 mg/L降至10 mg/L以下,CODCr从2 634 mgg/降至100 mg/L以下,出水各项指标均达到国家一级排放标准.

Abstract:Most wastewater from oil production of oilfield in China has been used for oil injection after treatment. But for various reasons, part of the wastewater could not. This part of wastewater has been discharged into the environment and has bad influence. The wastewater from Ganguyi oil production is taken as a target to be studied. The flocculation sedimentation- NaC10/activated carbon oxidation - adsorption process has been used for treating this part of wastewater in laboratory. The effects of pH value, NaC10 doses, oxidation time and activated carbon doses on the removal rate of CODc, have been investigated. The experimental results show that the oil content of the raw water goes down from 93.1 mg/L to less than 5 mg/L, the suspended matter content from 172 mg/L to less than 10 mg/L, and the CODc, value from 2 634 mg/L to less than 100 mg/L. All the indexes have met the requirement of the First Grade National Standard of wastewater discharge.
