基于PIC18F4523的电磁激振器驱动系统设计

摘    要:设计了一种用于滴丸机的电磁激振器驱动系统。该驱动系统以PIC18F4523单片机为主控单元,TL494芯片作为PWM信号源,采用全桥逆变式功率输出方式。系统输出电压与频率连续可调,调节精度分别可达0.1V和1Hz,其参数由液晶实时显示,实验表明,该系统完全满足滴丸试验要求。

Abstract:Designed a driving system for electromagnetic vibration exciter used for dropping pills machine. Choose PIC18F4523 microcontroller as control unit, TL494 chip as PWM signal source and full-bridge inverter power output mode. Output voltage and operating frequency are continuously adjustable, modulation accuracy are 0.1V and 1Hz. Its parameters are displayed by LCD in real time, Experiments show that the system fully satisfies the requirements of dropping pills test.
