摘    要:建立了双鼓型异形瓶分步液压胀形过程的有限元仿真模型,并应用MSC.Marc有限元分析软件对直壁瓶体的分步胀形过程进行了模拟,分析了通过液压胀形成形异形瓶双鼓时的变形规律及其缺陷形成机理。根据数值模拟结果,对直径为66mm、壁厚为1mm的铝质直壁瓶体进行了分步液压胀形试验,验证了有限元模拟结果,得到了符合外观形状要求的双鼓型异形瓶制件。研究表明,液体压力和补料之间的协调策略是成形的关键。合适的策略有助于形成对胀形有益的皱褶,避免瓶体胀裂;但是在协调策略不正确的情况下,液体压力无论大小,都有可能导致瓶体局部胀裂。

Abstract:In this paper,a finite element model of the bi-drum bottle is established and a 3D simulation software,MSC.Marc is used to simulate the step shaping process.The regularity of hydrobulging and the formation of shape defects are analyzed in the simulation process.Base on the result of simulation,step hydrobulging is carried out successfully using an aluminum bottle with outer diameter of 66mm and thickness of 1mm in the experiment.It is shown that the correspondence of the inner pressure and the axial material supplement is the key of hydrobulging.The suitable scheme is good for the formation of helpful wrinkles and avoiding the bursting.But if the scheme is unsuitable,however high or low the inner pressure may lead to bottles of bursting.
