乙烷炉急冷换热器失效分析及修复

The Failure Analysis and the Repairing Process of the Rapid-cooling Heat Exchanger for Ethane Furnace

The imported rapid-cooling heat exchanger in Maoming ethylene project had been broken down during its first commission because of disoperation. The construction features and instability was analyzed in the condition of error mode. The scientific and reasonable repair project was worked out by analysis and discussion.Basis of this, the repairing process technology of the equipment was studied. It showed that the repaired rapid-cooling heat exchanger can meet the need of production process after several years' successful service .A good economical effect had been obtained. The research results had an important reference value for improvement on construction design and repairing in order to prevent damage from the disoperation.
