含钛硫酸浸出液的水解研究

摘    要:制备了含钛硫酸浸出液,并通过单因素和正交试验考查了水解时间、水解温度和钛液浓度对水解率的影响。结果表明,影响二氧化钛水解率因素的主次顺序为:水解温度、钛液浓度和水解时间。较佳水解条件为:水解温度95℃、钛液浓度110g/L,水解时间210min,此时,水解率为97.12%,能满足工业生产要求。

Abstract:The titanium solution leached by sulfuric acid was prepared,and the effects of hydrolysis time,hydrolysis temperature and titanium concentration on hydrolysis rate were studied with single and orthogonal experiment.The results show that the factors sequenced according to the significant level were hydrolysis temperature,titanium concentration and hydrolysis time,respectively.The optimum hydrolysis conditions include hydrolysis temperature of 95 ℃,titanium concentration of 110 g/L,hydrolysis time of 210 min,under which,the hydrolysis rate reaches 97.12%,meeting the requirement of industrial production.
