摘    要:对大豆黄酮在D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠肝组织氧化损伤中的保护作用进行了探讨.将昆明系小鼠随机分为衰老对照组(皮下注射D-半乳糖)、生理盐水对照组、大豆黄酮大剂量组、大豆黄酮小剂量组,检测了肝脏中丙二醛(MDA)的含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性和谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性.结果显示大豆黄酮可减少D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠肝脏中MDA的含量,并可提高肝组织中SOD、GSH—Px的活性.提示大豆黄酮能够促进肝组织中抗氧化酶的活性,清除肝组织内过多的氧自由基,对衰老小鼠的肝组织具有一定的保护作用.

Abstract:This paper sought to investigate the effect of daidzein on the antioxidative system in the liver of D-galactose-induced aging mice. The mice were randomly divided into four groups: normal control group; aged control group (subcutaneous injection of D-galactose) ; Da-10 group (fed with daidzein 10 mg/kg · d) ; Da-5 group (fed with daidzein 5 mg/kg · d). The content of malondialdehyde (MDA), activities of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were determined in the liver. The results revealed that daidzein increased the activities of SOD and GSH-Px and decreased the content of MDA in the liver of the mice induced by D-galactose, which suggested that daidzein protect the liver from oxidative damages induced by D-galactose.
