| 摘 要： | 论述城乡用地一体化规划的必要性与现实性,结合实践经验提出城乡用地一体化规划的要点是:统一规划控制范围,打破城乡分割局面;科学规划城镇体系,引导二三产业合理集聚;城乡一体优化生态环境,走可持续发展之路;加强对乡村发展的引导,集约发展小城镇;妥善协调用地利益关系,合理处理土地产权问题。
