摘    要:目的通过探讨我国已有藏药标准中存在的具体问题,客观分析现状,提出修订意见。方法依据国家有关法规剖析问题,提出建议。结果与结论为切实保障公众用药安全有效,促进民族医药事业健康发展,应加快国家藏药标准的提高工作。

Abstract:This paper puts forth a model of optimal reservoir operation that uses particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm and takes the limited levels in main flood and post-flood seasons as coordination variables.This model was adopted to evaluate the impact of limited-storage level change on utilization ratio of reservoir water,long-term average annual power output and reservoir filling rate.By the results,higher operating levels are better,and in main flood season the impact on the power output and the utilization ratio are more considerable than that in post-flooding season.This conclusion is practically significant to study of benefit and risk of hydropower station.
