| 摘 要： | 采用脂肪测定仪测定香肠中脂肪的含量,结果表明,所测样品中脂肪的含量为8.2%,该方法简单、准确度高,适用于香肠中脂肪含量的测定。

| Abstract: | In this paper,fat analyzer was used to determine the fat content of sausages,the result showed that the measured fat content in the sample was 8.25%,the method is simple,and of high accuracy for determination of fat content in sausage. |
