中储式制粉系统的模糊优化控制

摘    要:磨煤机制粉过程复杂,影响因素多变,难以用精确的数学模型来描述。提出一种模糊控制方案,结合了多信号融合、运行工况识别、模糊优化调控、多模模糊自调整PID控制等技术,设计出一个模糊递阶控制系统。使用结果表明该系统能很好地控制磨煤机运行,并能降低电耗。

Abstract:It is difficult, due to the complexity of ball mills' pulverizing process, to describe it by a precise mathematiced model. A fuzzy control method is presented which combines the following techniques:fusion of multi-sensor information, recognition of mode of operation, control by fuzzy optimization and control by multi-model fuzzy self-adjusting PID. A hierarchical fuzzy control system has been designed and results of its application demonstrates its superior capability of controlling ball mills; while being energy saving at the same time.
