摘    要:通过超声电机温度特性实验,分析超声电机产生热量的途径;研究预压力和摩擦层厚度对超声电机温升、运行转速和堵转力矩的影响规律;提出估计温升、转速和堵转力矩关系的经验公式。研究有助于控制温升,改善电机运行特性。

Abstract:An experiment of temperature characteristics of ultrasonic motors is done in this paper.The result is used to analyze the factors of temperature rise of ultrasonic motors.The relation between pre-pressure,friction layer and temperature rise of ultrasonic motors and the relation between pre-pressure,friction layer,rotational speed and stall torque of ultrasonic motors was studied.The empirical formula for estimating the relation between the temperature rise and the rotational speed and stall torqueis proposed.These analyses provide a reliable theoretical basis for the lessening of heat generation of ultrasonic motors and improving the operation characteristics of ultrasonic motors.
