北京某热电厂横流式自然通风冷却塔剖析

摘    要:北京某热电厂由于建设场地限制不能实现每台机组配1座逆流式自然通风冷却塔的设想,从而建造了2台机组共用的1座横流式自然通风冷却塔。但是关于这座塔从冷却效率到结冰防冻的争议一直没有停止过,期间曾进行过部分改造,但是没有找到症结所在。通过剖析各种问题的根源,证明经过技术改造可以满足200MW机组循环冷却水的要求,短期内不可能带满该负荷时也需要对几个方面进行彻底改造,否则仍将付出不必要的代价。
