| 摘 要： | 介绍了单组分水性木器底、面配套涂料研制过程中的原材料选择、配方优化、工艺改进、机理分析,提出了解决水性木器底漆常出现的渗色、"胀筋"等问题的方案。经测试,结果表明提高了水性木器清面漆的硬度、丰满度、早期抗回黏性和耐沾污性等性能。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the raw materials selection of water-borne wood primer and topcoat,formula design,and mechanism analysis.Some solutions have been proposed for the coatings defects including bleeding and expansion.Tests prove that the topcoat properties including hardness,early non-tacky and stain resistance etc.are enhanced. |
