| 摘 要： | 介绍了现有不等差错保护技术在图像通信中的运用.在MPEG-4标准和Turbo码的基础上实现了基于感兴趣区域的不等差错保护技术.在网络状况不良的情况下较大地降低了感兴趣区域信息的信道传输误码,提高了恢复图像的主观质量,在有感兴趣区域的图像或视频的传输(如无线可视电话业务)中可得到运用.

| Abstract: | We introduce existing unequal error protection in image communication and implement unequal error protection based on regions of interest using MPEG-4 and Turbo code in this paper. This system is useful in the transmission of pictures and video images with regions of interest(such as wireless video phone service). |
