我国高校图书馆人力资源管理存在问题与对策

摘    要:进入21世纪,随着知识经济的到来和网络的逐步兴起,我国高等教育发展迅速,这使得高校图书馆所面临的环境发生了巨大的变化,也使高校图书馆面临新的挑战和机遇。从人力资源管理的基本理论出发,结合当前我国高校图书馆人力资源管理的实际情况,对新形势下高校图书馆的人力资源管理存在问题进行探讨,以促进高校图书馆更好地发挥其教育和服务职能,为学校的教学科研提供更高质量的服务。

Abstract:As the coming of the knowledge economy and the prosperity of network in the 21st century,our higher education experienced a rapid development,and this caused a huge change to the environment of the college library,also brought new challenge and chance to the college library.This paper discussed the creative issue of human resource management in college library under new circumstances.It started with the basic theories of human resource management,combined with the actual situation of human resource management in our college library,in order to prompt a better education and service functions of college library,and give a high-quality service to the education and scientific research in our college.
