摘    要:碾压混凝土夏季高温施工是碾压混凝土施工的一大难题,为此,国内外科技人员开展了大量的试验研究工作,通过反复试验研究证明;采用低脆性及低水化热水泥, 高掺粉煤灰,掺用高温型多功能缓凝高效减水剂,优化混凝土施工配合比,对仓面进行喷雾降温保湿,降低原材料储存温度,适当控制施工仓面,尽量缩短混凝土层间间隔时间,加强质量控制等一系列措施是实现夏季高温施工的必要技术措施,这些措施已在大广坝、石板水、山口等电站的碾压混凝土高温施工实践中证明是可行的,值得推广应用。

Abstract:RCC construction at high temperature in summer is a difficult problem. Thus, a great quantity of experimental study has been conducted. The experimental study have proved the following measures are necessary for RCC construction at high temperature in summer: (1) To use low brittle and hydration cement; (2) To apply high flyash content; (3) To mix high temperature type slow setting and water reducing agent; (4) To optimize the concrete mix proportion; (5) To reduce the temperature of raw material; (6) To shorten the interval of time between concrete layers, and (7) To strengthen the quality control, etc.. The practices in Daguangba, Shibanshui, Shankou hydropower stations have proved that above mentioned measures is feasible and worth spreading.
