| 摘 要： | 该文结合工程实践,提出了一个采用NORFlash和NANDFlash混合设计的大容量、低成本存储系统的解决方案,并结合具体的开发环境,描述了该存储系统支撑软件的体系结构,最后给出了驱动软件的详细设计与实现方法。
