超宽量程fA级高精密微电流信号输出电路设计研究

摘    要:为实现微电流信号测量相关设备的标定、研发、制造、调试和定期维护等,本文设计了一种超宽量程fA级高精密微电流信号输出电路,实现了100fA~1uA微电流信号的高精度稳定输出,与国外同类精密仪表对比(如Keithley),其输出信号相对误差≤±1.0%,达到了国外同等水平.该技术可广泛应用于各种领域微电流测量设备的标定.

Abstract:In order to realize the calibration,development,manufacturing,debugging and regular maintenance of the relevant measuring equipment related to micro-current signal,this paper designed a ultra wide range and high precision signal output circuit for fA level micro current,which has realized the output of 100fA~1uA micro-current signal.Compared with the foreign similar precision instruments(such as Keithley),the relative error of the output signal is within±1.0%,which has reached the same level abroad.The above technology can be applied to the calibration of the measuring equipment related to micro-current signal in various fields.
