摘    要:核电厂设备的执行机构类型众多,包含电气柜、继电器柜、电磁阀、电磁离合器、电气转换器、液压装置等。一般来说,设备执行机构的仿真模拟需占用整张逻辑类仿真图纸,采用不同逻辑块组合搭建的方式模拟执行机构的气路特性、液压回路特性等,0-1层之间的接口信号非常分散,导致只能通过人工连线的方式来完成仿真组态。本文提出的标准接口仿真模块方法,将执行机构特性、设备与1层控制机柜之间的信号传递综合在一起并封装,将设备的执行机构动作特性、失效位置、执行机构电气特性、交互信号类型归类细分,同时将0-1层之间的信号传递标准化为变量对点规则,大大提高了设备仿真模块与控制组态仿真图之间的变量赋值的效率和准确率。

Abstract:There're quantities kinds of the Nuclear power plant controlled equipment actuators,including electrical cabinet,relay,solenoid,magnetic clutch,E-P transformer,hydraulic drive actuator and so on.Generally,the actuator performance simulation will take up one whole page,utilizing different combination of logic modules to build the actuator model,the signal interface between 0-1 of I&C system is distributed so as to complete the configuration by manual only.This article gives the method of one standard interface simulation module to solve this problem,packaging the actuator properties,signal transmitting between the actuator and the IO card of the control cabinet,making specific classifications according to the dynamic performance,the fault-safe action position,the electric characteristic,the transmitting signal type of varies kinds of NPP equipment actuators.Meanwhile,this method improves the working efficiency and accuracy of the equipment simulation module and control configuration diagram by variable mapping about the signal transmitting standardization module.
