| 摘 要： | 塔河炼化公司液体石油产品主要有3种外输方式:管道运输、公路运输及铁路运输,其中铁路运输量所占比例较大.将铁路罐车人工检尺计量数据与质量流量计数据进行比对,发现偏差率较大.本文通过研究影响液体石油产品铁路罐车计量误差的因素,以消除和减少计量误差,以确保贸易交接过程中企业的经济效益和客户利益,保证计量的准确性和公平性.

| Abstract: | The liquid petroleum products of Tahe Refining and Chemical Company are mainly transported by pipeline,road and railway,among which the railway takes a larger proportion.By comparing the manual scale measurement data of railway tank car with the data of mass flow meter,it is found that the deviation rate is large.In this paper,by studying the factors affecting the measurement error of liquid petroleum product railway tank car,to eliminate and reduce the measurement error,to ensure the economic benefits of enterprises and customers in the process of trade handover,to ensure the accuracy and fairness of measurement. |
