摘    要:工业控制系统的用户程序存在很多易用性问题,极其影响用户体验。比如,因控件尺寸固定而导致位号名显示不全和参数名重叠,因控件位置固定而导致导入后功能块重叠等。为了解决这些问题,本文提出一种用户程序自动布局的处理方法,该方法可以支持自动调整控件尺寸、自动调整控件位置、自动调整控件间距等。实践结果表明,采用了该方法后,不仅工程现场组态实施效率更方便,还对用户体验有显著提升。

Abstract:There are many usability problems in the user program of the industrial control system,which greatly affect the user experience.For example,due to the fixed size of the control,the incomplete display of tag names overlaps with parameter names,and the fixed position of the control results in the overlapped function blocks after import.In order to solve these problems,this paper proposes a processing method of automatic layout of user program,which can support automatic adjustment of control size,position and spacing.The practical results show that the method is not only more convenient to implement the field configuration,but also significantly improves the user experience.
