Abstract:The cost of workover in deep water development wells is high and the operation is difficult.In the face of more and more prominent interlayer contradictions,the conventional combined mining method has been unable to meet the production demand.A kind of full electronic control intelligent completion technology suitable for deep water is developed.The technology adopts full electronic control mode,and the downhole control barrel is controlled by cable,so as to realize the real-time test of downhole temperature,pressure,flow and other signals and the real-time adjustment of downhole liquid production.It effectively reduces the cost of control operation,improves the control efficiency,reduces the contradiction between layers,and is conducive to the improvement of the overall recovery.This paper investigates and studies the transmission of electric signal in deep-water development mode,and realizes the signal transmission of intelligent completion of deep-water development well through key equipment such as umbilical terminal equipment(UTA),SCM module of subsea Christmas tree,Christmas tree crossing device.
