盘区上向凿岩机械化采矿的实践

摘    要:为改变传统的风钻凿岩和水平落矿的回采工艺,在凡口铅锌矿采用上向接杆凿岩台车,水平凿岩台车、井下装药车、撬毛车、铲运机、液压碎石机、服务车等组成的机械化作业线进行采矿作业,使采场综合生产能力达到158.5t/d,与传统工艺相比,具有明显的优越性。

Abstract:In order to change the mining technology of conventional pneumatic drilling and level ore caving, the hydraulic drill jumbo which can connect the rod upward, together with the suitable equipment, is used for the moderate longhole mining in Fankou Lead-Zinc Mine,thereby the mining intensity of stope has been increased. The mechanized operation, which embodies drill jumbo with overhand rod connection, horizontal drilling jumbo, underground loader, scaling rig, LHD, hydraulic hammer and servicing car, is adopted in 0 # stope on Level sh -240 m. The general rate of stope is up to 158.5 t/d. Compared with the conventional mining technology,the advantages of this mining method are remar-kadle.
