| 摘 要： | 以线损理论计算为基础，详细推导了全年理论线损率计算方法，并充分考虑站用电、低压配电网损耗、管理线损，给出了计划线损率的计算公式。在考核线损率指标科学性方面，提出了利用计划线损率与实际完成线损率之间的最小方差来衡量的方法。文中还以湖北省电力公司实际生产情况为例，说明了利用线损理论计算指导实际生产的经济效益，并对文中所提算法与公式进行了说明与验证。 |

| Abstract: | On the basis of theoretical calculation of line losses, a calculation method for annual theoretical line loss ratio is deduced in detail in which the substation service power, losses in low voltage distribution network and commercial losses are sufficiently taken into account. The calculation formula for scheduled loss ratio is given. It is pointed out that to assess the veracity of scheduled loss ratio the minimum variance between scheduled loss ratio and practical actual value is used. Taking the practical case of Hubei Provincial Electric Power Company for example, the economic benefit from guiding the practical production by theoretical calculation of line loss ratio is illustrated, by which the presented algorithm and formulae are explained and verified. |
