| 摘 要： | 智能电网是高速发展的信息技术与新能源变革相融合的产物,对信息管理平台提出了动态与可视化的要求。分析了面向智能电网的3D-GIS平台的建设需求,设计了系统框架,着重讨论了系统实现的关键技术。系统在某供电局的应用实例表明,面向智能电网的3D-GIS平台具有广阔的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Smart grid is the combination production of high-developed information technology & new resources renovation,which need dynamic & visualized information management platform.The paper analyzes the construction demand of 3D-GIS platform faced smart grid,designs system frame(network structure & data organization),and discusses the key technology to realize the system.The application in certain power supply bureau demonstrates that 3D-GIS platform faced smart grid will have wide application prospect. |
